0. Make sure to save before you do this. This is important. Now go to the items menu by pressing x and going into the inventory menu.
1. Select the item.
2. Select toss, but don't click no or yes!
3. Set in cheat engine the first scan to the number of items you selected for toss. So if you toss 10, you'd type 10.
4. Click no.
5. Toss a higher number, and scan that number in, so change the toss from 10 to 17 for example.
6. Now go to the address list and there should be around 3 values there.
7. If you want to increase value of your item, you must write minus, for example 10000= minus 10000.
8. Type a negative value of what you want, so -35000000 of that item would give you 35 million.
9. Press yes on the toss dialog.
10. If everything works, you should have your items changed to your changed values.
